All Flair Interiors, Inc. products are warrantied to the consumer for one (1)

full year from date of original retail purchase or twenty-four (24) months 
from the date of manufacture against defects in materials and
workmanship.  Upholstery fabric is warrantied for mill construction only.
During the warranty period, products found to be defective will be
repaired at Flair Interiors, Inc.  without charge.  All warranty claims
must be accompanied by proof of date of original retail purchase.
Flair Interiors, Inc. may request the defective product or part be
returned to the factory.  Flair Interiors, Inc. does not authorize
off premise repairs.

All request should include the following information:
    *Customer/Dealer Name
    *Address
    *Type of Vehicle
    *Type of Product
    *Fabric and Color
    *Unit Number

Please contact Flair Interiors, Inc. for a Return Good Authorization
Number prior to shipment.


Shipping Cost:
Flair Interiors, Inc. will request the defective product or part be returned
to the factory.  The customer is responsible to package and return the
product or part to Flair Interiors, Inc. factory via UPS.  Flair Interiors, Inc.
upon receipt, will make corrections at no charge.  Upon inspection and if
the warranty is deemed valid, freight from the customer/dealer will be
reimbursed and the product or part returned at Flair Interiors, Inc. expense.

Examination:
This warranty does not cover any alterations misuse application, incorrect
installation, tampering or repair without Flair Interiors, Inc. authorization.
This will void warranty.  The application of finishes to protect fabrics from
soil or stains by anyone other than the mill from which fabrics have been
purchased voids the warranty in its entirety.  If the warranty claim or
condition of the product is due to any causes listed above, the customer
will be notified.  If the customer requests return of the product, the
customer must pay transportation charges.

Comments:
Repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy for defective products under
this warranty.  All incidental and consequent damages for breech of any
and all expressed or implied warranties are hereby excluded.  Any
implied warranty shall be limited to the duration of the expressed warranty.
